Attempt to determine Syndrome before pathology

trying to figure out the patient’s syndrome is easier than determining their pathology. This will also help to focus on what is relevant today and focus less on the PMHx.

Irritability

  • Contractile (i.e. gluteal tendinopathy with GTPS)
  • Non-contractile (i.e. bursitis with gtps)
